• Councillor Jonathan Edward Pratt - Personal - As Porthcawl Town Council (of which he is a member) had a previous commercial arrangement with Awen Cultural Trust in relation to toilet facilities and in that he was formerly employed by the local Member of Parliament at the time the application for Levelling Up Funds was secured in respect of the Grand Pavilion.
