APPEALS PANEL

 

A meeting of the Appeals Panel will be held in Committee Rooms 2/3, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend on Monday, 7 January 2013 at 1.00pm, or immediately following the conclusion of the Community Safety and Governance Overview and Scrutiny Committee, whichever is the later.

 

AGENDA

To receive for approval the public minutes of the Appeals Panel meeting of 24 July 2012

The minutes relating to the following item are not for publication as they contain exempt information as defined in Paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information)(Variation)(Wales) Order 2007.

If following the application of the public interest test the Panel resolves pursuant to the Act to consider this item in private, the public will be excluded from the meeting during such consideration.

To receive for approval the confidential minutes of the Appeals Panel meeting of 24 July 2012.
