COYCHURCH CREMATORIUM JOINT COMMITTEE
A site visit of Members and Officers will be held on Friday 8 June 2007 at 12 noon to inspect the Crematorium and Grounds, Coychurch Road, Bridgend. Members are requested to meet in the waiting room adjacent to the entrance of the cloisters.
The visit will be followed by a buffet lunch for Members and Officers which will be held in Committee Room 2/3, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend at 1.00pm. Arrangements have been made for car parking to be provided in the car park under the Civic Offices.
Following the lunch the Annual meeting of the Coychurch Crematorium Joint Committee will be held in Committee Room 2/3, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend on Friday 8 June 2007 at 2.00pm.
AGENDA
1. To appoint a Chairperson for the forthcoming year.
(Members may wish to continue this on a rota basis, if so, a Bridgend County Borough Councillor should be appointed for the forthcoming year).
2. To appoint a Vice-Chairperson for the forthcoming year.
(Members may wish to continue this on a rota basis, if so, a Vale of Glamorgan County Borough Councillor should be appointed for the coming year).
3. To receive apologies for absence (if any) from Members/Officers
4. To receive declarations of interest (if any) from Members/Officers.

7. To consider any other item(s) of business in respect of which notice has been given in accordance with Part 4 (paragraph 4) of the Council Procedure Rules and which the person presiding at the meeting is of the opinion should, by reason of special circumstances, be transacted at the meeting as a matter of urgency.
8. To consider the exclusion of the public from the meeting under Section 100A (4) of the Local
Government Act 1972, because of the likelihood that there will be disclosure to them of exempt information of the description specified in Schedule 12A of the said Act.
