LICENSING COMMITTEE

A meeting of the Licensing Committee will be held in the Council Chamber, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend on Tuesday, 19 May 2009 at 1.00pm.

AGENDA

1.

To receive apologies for absence (to include reasons, where appropriate) from Members/Officers.

2.

To receive declarations of personal and prejudicial interest (if any) from Members/Officers in accordance with the provisions of the Members’ Code of Conduct adopted by Council from 1^st September 2008.

3.

To receive the minutes of a special meeting of the Licensing Committee held on 18 March 2009.

4.

To confirm the Sub-Committee Members for the Special Licensing Sub-Committees to be held on 19 May 2009 and 22 May 2009.
