APPEALS PANEL

 

A meeting of the Appeals Panel will be held in Committee Room 2/3, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend on Thursday, 23 July 2009 at 2.00pm.

 

AGENDA

 

1.

To receive declarations of personal and prejudicial interest (if any) from Members/Officers in accordance with the provisions of the Members’ Code of Conduct adopted by Council from

1 September 2008.

 

2.

To consider the exclusion of the public from the meeting under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 because of the likelihood that there will be disclosure to them of exempt information of the description specified in Schedule 12A of the said Act.

 

3.

To consider a Grievance Appeal by an employee of the Communities Directorate. (Members are requested to bring to the meeting the file sent previously for the meeting of 28 May 2009).
