STANDARDS COMMITTEE .

A meeting of the Standards Committee will be held on Thursday, 4 June 2009 at 9.00am in the Level 4 Conference Room, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend CF31 4WB.

AGENDA

   

1.

To elect a Vice-Chairperson from the Independent Members of the Standards Committee.

   

2.

To receive apologies for absence from Members/Officers.

   

3.

To receive declarations of personal and prejudicial interest (if any) from Members/Officers.

   

4.

To receive the minutes of the Standards Committee held on 23 April 2009.

   

5.

To consider any item(s) of business in respect of which notice has been given in accordance with Rule 4 of the Council Procedure Rules and which the person presiding at the meeting is of the opinion should by reason of special circumstances be transacted at the meeting as a matter of urgency

   

6.

To consider the exclusion of the public from the meeting under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 because of the likelihood that there will be disclosures to them of exempt information of the description specified in Schedule 12A of the said Act.

   

7.

To receive the confidential minutes of the Standards Committee held on 23 April 2009.
