A meeting of the Appeals Panel will be held in Committee Room 2/3, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend on Tuesday, 10 February 2009 at 9.45am.

 

AGENDA

 

1.

To receive declarations of personal and prejudicial interest (if any) from Members/Officers in accordance with the provisions of the Members’ Code of Conduct adopted by Council from

1 September 2008.

 

2.

To consider the exclusion of the public from the meeting under Section100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 because of the likelihood that there will be disclosure to them of exempt information of the description specified in Schedule 12A of the said Act.

 

3.

To receive the minutes of the Appeals Panel meeting of 9 January 2009.
