COYCHURCH CREMATORIUM JOINT COMMITTEE

A site visit of Members and Officers will be held on Friday, 5^th September 2008 at 12 noon to inspect the Crematorium and Grounds, Coychurch Road, Bridgend. Members are requested to meet in the waiting room adjacent to the entrance of the cloisters.

The visit will be followed by a buffet lunch for Members and Officers which will be held in Committee Room 2/3, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend at 1.15pm. Arrangements have been made for car parking to be provided in the car park under the Civic Offices.

Following the lunch the Annual meeting of the Coychurch Crematorium Joint Committee will be held in Committee Room 2/3, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend on Friday 5^th September 2008 at 2.00pm.

AGENDA

1. To receive apologies (if any) from Members/Officers.

2. To receive declarations of personal and prejudicial interest (if any) from Members/Officers in accordance with the provisions of the Members’ Code of Conduct adopted by Council from 1^st September 2008.

3. To receive for approval the Minutes of a meeting of the Coychurch Crematorium Joint Committee held on 27th June 2008.
