To receive the notes of the joint discussions held on 14^th June 2005 between members and substitute members of the Standards Committee and the Town and Community Council’s Standards Sub-Committee regarding the Welsh Assembly Government’s Consultation upon the Review of the Model Code of Conduct. 4. To consider any other item(s) of business in respect of which notice has been given in accordance with Rule 4 of the Council Procedure Rules and which the person presiding at the meeting is of the opinion should by reason of special circumstances be transacted at the meeting as a matter of urgency.
