RESOLVED:                         (1) That the Committee were minded to refuse this application and await a further report to the next Committee meeting, outlining the reason(s) for such refusal.

                                              (2) That Councillor J Pratt be appointed as the lead Member to liaise with Officers on the reasons for refusal as suggested by Members during debate on the item.
