To receive apologies for absence from Members.

To receive declarations of personal and prejudicial interest (if any) from Members/Officers in accordance with the provisions of the Members’ Code of Conduct adopted by Council from 1 September 2008.

To receive for approval the Minutes of the meeting of the Cabinet of 10 May 2016. 

To seek Cabinet decision on how the Council should cast its vote in the proposed BID ballot. 

To present to Cabinet the findings of the recent Queen Street, Dunraven Place and Market Street Access Study (April 2016), prepared by Capita Glamorgan, on behalf of the Council, and to seek approval for a wider public consultation, to inform the Equalities Impact Assessment.

To set out for consideration by Cabinet the proposed changes to the opening and closing times for public toilets in Porthcawl Town Centre and Rest Bay which were deferred for decision at the meeting of Cabinet on the 10^th May 2016. 

To seek Cabinet approval to allocate funds from the Town and Community Council Capital Fund in line with the recommendations contained within the report. 

To consider the report and approve the adoption of an updated non-statutory pre-application advice charging regime from Monday 13^th June, 2016. 

To update Cabinet on the progress of the formulation of the Western Bay Regional Adoption Service Inter Authority Agreement and to agree, in principle, the content of the final Inter Authority Agreement for the Western Bay Adoption Service that will meet statutory requirements. 

To inform Cabinet of the outcome of the consultation on the proposal to make a regulated alteration to Pencoed Primary School, by relocating the school, including the Heol y Cyw campus, to a new build school on the site of Pencoed Primary School playing fields at Penprysg Road, Pencoed with effect from 1st April 2018 and to present to Cabinet the findings of the consultation in a detailed consultation report.  To seek Cabinet approval to issue a Public Notice as per the proposal.

To seek Cabinet approval to amend the Private Sector Housing Renewal and Disabled Adaptations Policy to reflect the new Corporate Priorities.

To inform Cabinet of the outcome of formal consultation on the draft Local Housing Strategy 2016-2018 and to recommend the Strategy to Council for approval.

To seek Cabinet endorsement of the revised Town and Community Council Charter and approval for the plans for its formal adoption by all Councils of the County Borough of Bridgend.

To seek Cabinet’s approval for the appointment of Members to joint committees and the nomination of Members to outside bodies. 

To inform Cabinet of the Information Reports which have been published since the last scheduled meeting. 

To consider any items of business that by reason of special circumstances the chairperson is of the opinion should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency in accordance with paragraph 2.4 (e) of the Cabinet Procedure Rules within the Constitution.

The minutes and reports relating to the following items are not for publication as they contain exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 14 and 16 of Part 4 and Paragraph 21 of Part 5, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) (Wales) Order 2007.

If following the application of the public interest test Cabinet resolves pursuant to the Act to consider these items in private, the public will be excluded from the meeting during such consideration.
