To receive the following Questions from:

Question from Cllr Graham Walter to the Leader

Could the Leader confirm how many member referrals raised between 7/5/22 and 31/12/2023 remain ‘Open’

Question from Cllr Ian Williams to the Cabinet Member Resources

Can the Cabinet member for Resources please confirm whether or not all outsourced service companies are paying staff the "real living wage "?

Question from Cllr Tim Thomas to the Leader

Will the Leader comment on the timeliness of this council to reply to public and external correspondence?

Question from Cllr Martin Williams to the Leader

In light of the recent change of contractor for kerbside waste & recycling collection and the management of the recycling centres I would have expected an improvement in performance as they attempt to make a name for themselves.

This hasn’t been the case and standards have slipped with non-collections across vast swathes of the borough on a daily basis coupled with recycling centres unable to take various materials due to operating issues.

As the new arrangements were implemented on his watch could the Leader please give his assurances that Plan B are adhering to the contract they signed up to, and if not, BCBC will levy any financial penalties we are permitted under the contract?
