To receive for approval the Minutes of a meeting of Cabinet dated 29 November 2016.

To present Cabinet with information to agree a response to the recommendations of the Corporate Resources Overview and Scrutiny Committee (CRI) in relation to the monitoring of the Budget 2016-17, Quarter 1.

To propose an extension to the Internal Audit Shared Service Partnership Agreement until the 31st January 2020.

To inform Cabinet of the outcome of the ‘Shaping Bridgend’s Future’ consultation which asked citizens to share their views on a number of key budget proposals being considered over the Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) period.

To provide Cabinet with information regarding the implementation of the 2017-18 Council Tax Reduction Scheme (CTR), the requirement to adopt a CTR scheme by 31 January 2017, together with the funding implications.

To request Cabinet approval to implement the proposed Commissioning Plan for the Independent Domiciliary Care sector; and also to request Cabinet approval for Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) to undertake a procurement exercise to invite tenders to establish a framework agreement for the provision of all packages of externally commissioned Domiciliary Care.

To inform Cabinet of the outcome of the consultation on the proposal to make a regulated alteration to Mynydd Cynffig Primary School, by enlarging and relocating the school, to a remodelled school building and new provision on the current Cynffig Comprehensive school site, East Avenue, Kenfig Hill, Bridgend with effect from 1st September 2018 and to present to Cabinet the findings of the consultation in a draft consultation report and seek approval to publish the report.

To seek Cabinet approval for a series of amendments which have been made to the Scheme of Delegation of Functions.

To seek Cabinet’s approval for the appointment of Elected Member Champions.

To consider any items of business that by reason of special circumstances the chairperson is of the opinion should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency in accordance with paragraph 2.4 (e) of the Cabinet Procedure Rules within the Constitution.

The minutes relating to the following item are not for publication as they contain exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 14 and 16 of Part 4 and Paragraph 21 of Part 5, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) (Wales) Order 2007.

If following the application of the public interest test Cabinet resolves pursuant to the Act to consider this item in private, the public will be excluded from the meeting during such consideration.
