My fiancé stated that he has fond memories of the park, as well as a few other people I know. Now having children ourselves, we would like to replace the wasted space into a park for the children again, therefore it will be a great addition to the street and will bring a lot of happiness to the children who currently reside in the street. It currently isn't being used for anything, as far as I am aware. I feel this would be a good space to encourage children to go out and play in a safe space close to their homes, without having the dangers of crossing busy roads and being too far from home. It would be great to see our generation of children enjoy the space the same way the older generation used to.
