To seek Cabinet approval of the Authority’s “Healthcare needs” policy in accordance

with the ‘‘Supporting Learners with Healthcare Needs’ guidance. This guidance

identifies the requirement for all maintained nursery, primary, secondary and special

schools, pupil referral units (PRUs) and local authorities (LAs) in Wales to implement

and publish their Healthcare Needs Policy.
