The Council are asked to approve the City Deal Business Plan that has been developed by the City Deal Regional Joint Cabinet. All ten authorities are required to agree this reserved matter in order to fully establish the authority of the regional cabinet and so allow the UK treasury to release the remainder of UK government allocation of funding to the partnership.
