• Cynghorydd David White - Prejudicial - Councillor DBF White declared a prejudicial interest in agenda item 6 – Council Tax Reduction Scheme as he a close relative in receipt of the scheme and he withdrew from the meeting during consideration of this item.
• Cynghorydd Hailey Townsend - Prejudicial - Councillor HJ Townsend declared a prejudicial interest in agenda item 6 – Council Tax Reduction Scheme as her sister is in receipt of the scheme and she withdrew from the meeting during consideration of this item.
